2014 Rogue Wiper

I had my Rogue for 3 months and the wiper is streaking pretty badly. I noticed its mostly the driver side where the joint is. Has anyone noticed the samething. I am going to see if the dealer will replace it for free (the wiper re-fill).

Could be the mechanism of the wiper arm. My brother had that issue with his Sentra SE-R and the dealer replace it for free.
