2014 Rogue Side Curtain Airbag Sensor

Ran off the side of the road into ditch and side airbags deployed. No impact or structual damage to venicle some scratches to bumper covers and wheels. Is the tilt by being in the ditch what activated the curtain airbags? How can I test the curtain airbags side sensors to see if they are good. Have read that these will reset after being activated, but also told that control module has a leveling switch that could have been what activated the airbags. Would like to check these with ohm meter or whatever before buying and replacing all 6 sensors.

P.S. I am a mine electrician so know how to use meter testing equipment.

Sorry to hear about your off road incident. It would be worth checking the factory service manual to see if there's a way to check them without having Consult. www.nissanservicemanual.com

thanks for the link to the service manual. been reading but only says if srs did not deploy check for structual damage and replace mounting bolt, do not drop unit. As I take it if u had a side impact and srs did not deploy and no visual damage to sensor then it"s o.k. But mine did deploy but had no impact so still not sure. does not tell of any checks u can make to see if its o.k., I guess diagnostic unit will tell when all is plugged back in. I'm sure there is a reading that the diagnostic does such as an ohm resistance that u should be able to do with an ohm meter while they are disconnected.

On this Rogue only the side curtains deployed after driver went into the ditch. No outside damage. Installed new curtains, pretensioners and belts, new control unit. Airbag light stays on, never flashes. Checked ohms difference on all (6) side sensors. All the same. The new control unit has the same part number on top except one has a "12" and one has a "13" . Also, the vin code on the sides are different.
Also checked the fuse for power. Good.
Any IDEAS?????
