We had a 2004 Murano SL and when it's transmission died (at 120,018 miles...no kidding

) last year we got a 2013 Rogue. The 2013 always felt like a step down to me, so when the redesigned 2014 came out I went ahead and traded for it. I've got the SL Premium and must say that I don't miss the Murano anymore.
That being said, I guess it comes down to feature for the '14 Murano versus '14 Rogue. If the features are the same (or it's things you feel like you can live without), I'd stick with the Murano. But, if you have to go with the '14 Rogue, I don't think you'll be disappointed.
