I was looking for some advice on how to resolve an issue with the trouble code P2859. P2859 is "Clutch "A" Pressure Disengagement Performance". The car had generated this trouble code after a curb impact at around 70mph leaving damage to the driver's side. I had replaced the CV axle and struts. The car drives fine for the most part, but around 35-40mph the tachometer starts fluctuates rather aggressively, but not quite slipping because it still moves the car. The service manual is suggesting to replace the transaxle assembly. I checked for loose wires around the transmission but I had no luck.
