Does anybody know where I can pirchase a hood deflector/ bug guard for my 2014 Rogue?

They are not available anywhere yet. Parts guy at my Nissan dealership said WeatherTec is usually first out.
You could call them.

So far they're available on x-trail in AU only but they don't ship it anywhere but AU. In order to get it here you need to find a person who would ship it from there.
You may want to try qashqai edition but not sure if it fits (hood looks the same from the pics):
