2014 Nissan Rogue Nav Guidance Voice

I had my nav unit swapped out in December because it kept rebooting. Since that time the nav voice is extremely loud - including when I get a text message. I can only turn it down to a 5 under the my apps voice and guidance, which the dealer tells me is the lowest it can go for safety reasons. He also says there is nothing wrong with it and they are all that loud. Obviously not since my last one was not. Anyone else have this problem?
