2014 Nissan Rogue Grinding Under Pedals

I've been feeling and hearing a loud grinding under my pedals. I notice it most when I'm backing out of a parking spot slowly. I took it to the mechanic and they replaced the steering mount. It was fine for a couple of weeks and then it started again. I took it back and they said it was the rotors. They claimed to fix it and now two days later it's happening again. Has anyone else had this issue?

Is it when you've got the wheel turned all the way? What are the exact circumstances? While braking, while coasting at idle, wheel turned, ect?

I was just noticing it was when I was going at a slow speed and turning the steering wheel. It seems to have gotten worse and is now happening anytime I make a turn no matter the speed.

Do you have aftermarket wheels or different sized tires? If not, then you may have something loose in the suspension or something loose and rubbing in the wheel well.
