2014 Infiniti QX60 FK-*k2 CVT?

Looking to buy a 2014 QX60, however, I have some concerns(perhaps serious ones). Are all 2014 Infiniti QX60 equipped with the FK-*k2 CVT transmission? I understand QX60 vehicles affected by the shuddering/juddering have this transmission(chain driven -- apparently the belt driven designs don't have this problem). How can one find out if this is indeed the transmission on the vehicle?

Has everyone with a 2014 QX60 experienced this shuddering problem? Anyone not reporting any such problems with their 2014 QX60 either at the beginning or eventually with the car?

Thanks! But does it mean that everyone with the 2014 QX60 has experienced this issue or is it just a fraction? Are there folks with the 2014 model year but have not had this issue at all? I understand there was a class action suit that was settled.
