My birthday is coming up in a few months so if any of you are feeling generous (or all of you)

Needs. Moar. Low. That thing is higher than everything in our driveway other than the Frontier. :chuckle: Easily remedied though. It's stunning.

That's hot as hell!

The other two-seat vert I'm looking forward to is the Jag F-type:

Serious question: if money were no object, OF THESE, which car do you like best?

The '13 Corvette or the '13 GT-R?

The GT-R is $96K for 545hp and 463 ft lb torque.
The Z06 gives you 505/470 for $76K.
The GrandSport Vert gives you 430/424 for $54K which is plenty for me.

There's no contest for me. If I had the $100K, I would buy the GrandSport and pocket the $46K. That would buy a lot of whitewalls for the classics. :gapteeth:

GT-R is cool and all, but it looks tall, fat and ungainly.
I'd love a Z06.

I think this might be the first Corvette convertible (since the original, of course) that I actually like. Definitely helped by not having seventeen acres of flat, featureless sheetmetal stretching out behind the cabin. 'Vette styling has certainly come a long way since the C5.

Z06 without even thinking twice.
