Hopefully you're still checking this forum, or have email notifications on. I've been meaning to reply to this for a while but haven't found the time till now. So, since no one else has attempted to answer I'll give this my best shot from the information I've gathered on the forum. I don't believe there ever has been/will be an aux cooler for the 2013+ (started with the Altima) CVT. It appears the only reason the cooler existed for the first CVT was because it was created specifically with the application of the Rogue in mind for models from 2008 to 2009 loaded and with AWD. No other car with the first generation CVT has ever come with it before or since to my knowledge, but the part has been kept around and in production as a solution for Nissan to overheating transmissions. They seem to have resolved to simply going with out for the second generation CVT and simply dealing with overheating and failures by simply replacing them, and trying to work out as many of the issues in design and cooling as possible. Basically, second generation owners will most likely be SOL as will any Nissan CVT owners going forward from this point if they truly need a cooler. For most simply sticking to the 30K "hard service life" fluid change/flush *should* be enough to prevent issues.
