Wife got a wireless aftermarket backup camera for Christmas and it has a trigger wire on monitor that has to be connected to the backup wire. Is there a place to connect it up front or does it have to have a wire ran all the way to the backup lights? The camera is connects to backup light wire but it seems to defeat the purpose of wireless it the trigger wire on monitor has to have a wire ran all the way to the back.

Have you considered contact a local/reputable car audio installation shop?
