No it hasn't been removed. We have to pay for the files from Nissan, and they've changed the format so getting the FSM files for newer vehicles and converting them to pdf is a challenge we're working on.chessmaster wrote: ↑Sun Dec 23, 2018 10:53 amI would have loved to download this, but its apparently been removed. This is very disappointing. Why would Nissan care if we understand how to fix up our Nissan? I suppose they are trying to "protect" weekend mechanics from knowing what Nissan dealers know. Not everyone wants to take their car to a Nissan dealer for multiple reasons. Shame on Nissan for not making this available!!

PM me if there is a new link please, as I am a new account.
Sorry, but as previously stated Nissan has essentially crippled our ability to easily access the files. The best solution is for you to pay for a one day pass to download the FSM you require.
Hey I just made an account. I have a 2017 Rogue but I’m unable to send a message to you. Can you send me a copy/the link to the FSM please?datechboss101 wrote: ↑Sun Jun 03, 2018 6:34 pmWell, F*** Nissan-Renault![]()

Yeah I saw that, thank you. I have a 17 Rogue so I am looking for the FSM for my car. If I can’t get a download here I have no problem paying for the 1 day subscription to access it online. Do you know if Nissan allows you to download the FSM if you buy the subscription?VStar650CL wrote: ↑Tue Mar 01, 2022 12:23 pmIf it helps you out, NICO's FSM's go up to '16 on the gen2 Rogue, and the differences from '16 to '17 were pretty minor.
Correct.VStar650CL wrote: ↑Wed Mar 02, 2022 7:19 amI don't think the new ones are downloadable. They're html and not pdf.

For 2017, and carrying into the 2017.5 model, the Rogue offered updated exterior styling and some interior (cosmetic) enhancements. Other than that, the 2017's are virtually identical to the 2016's.
If you really have to have the 2017 FSM because it says 2017 on it, it's available from NISSAN
The 2017 Nissan Rogue Service Manual is available on CD for $210.00 (USD)
Or you can purchase an Online Subscription to view it on their website:
1. One Year Subscription $720.00
2. 90 day Subscription $225.00
3. 30 day Subscription $75.00
4. One day Subscription $19.99
Sadly, my friend, people want the technology and that has costs beyond the selling price. The printed manual for a '17 Rogue would already be thicker than a King James Bible, so forget Chilton and Haynes except for the rudimentary stuff. For a '22 it's probably thicker than a Funk & Wagnalls unabridged. The thing that really strikes me is that all these cars become completely unrepairable without internet access. Heaven help us if the sun throws us a CME curveball like the Carrington Event in 1859. Gilligan's Island, here we come.casperfun wrote: ↑Sat Mar 05, 2022 7:13 amAre they out of their freaking mind? $720 and you don't own it?
The hell with that, when I was growing up we had Chilton manuals at the book store and library, but I never used them because I thought they were for mechanics and too complicated for my taste.
Not until the internet and YouTube that I then realized I can do some of these repairs in the last decade.
But holy crap, car manufacturers are really trying to discourage you with servicing your own car. Even read that some car brands are starting to not let you read car codes anymore because it's private info or whatever garbage they are trying to come up. No oil dipstick, let alone trans dipsticks, etc.![]()
