2013 Rogue key problem

My key won't turn the lock on my 2013 Nissan Rogue, the lock and unlock buttons work.

The key cylinder in the door is connected to the latch assembly by a linkage rod, so you need to pop the door panel and disconnect the rod to see if the problem is in the cylinder or the latch. If the latch arm moves freely when disconnected from the cylinder then the cylinder is bad, if it doesn't then the latch assembly is jammed.
