Nissian has my phone listed as a compatible blueetooth device for the car.
Any suggestions.
I just checked my phone book and they are all first name last name. I remember having a similar problem when I first got my CC where some names were first last and some were last first. I figured out that there was a setting in outlook that determined how names are displayed. once I set that to display first last and re synced my address book all was well
If you try the app and it still fails to retain your phone book, there's a possibility that you have a defective head unit. If that's the case, the dealership will replace it for free under your warranty. The USB port on my last Rogue was bad, so they replaced the head unit without hesitation (and I had purchased the car from another dealership).snturner wrote:I will try the Bluetooth Autoconnect app. Hopefully that will work. Interesting thing is the Bluetooth in the car finds the contacts list the first time. I can even make calls based on my contacts. Such as "Call Bob". When I shut the car off and they are gone.
