Well Mom it sounds like your blend doors may be stuck in the closed position. Does the fan come on if you turn the knobs to high heat? Does the fan come on if you turn it to high cool?

Blend doors are just small plastic doors that direct heat from the heater core, or cool from the condenser into the cabin. They are controlled by the knobs on your dashboard. The doors operate with little electric or vacuum motors.

You may have blown a fuse. Which is easy to check, the panel should be in front of your left knee toward the bottom of the dashboard. It's a little door about 3"x4" with a place to put your finger in and pull. It pops right out. There is a list of fuses on the back of that door. Examine it carefully, orient it correctly so you can match it up to the fuse panel itself.

Look for words like fan, blower, heater, AC. Find those fuses and carefully pull them, often there is a small yellow fuse puller clipped to the back of the fuse door. You just squeeze the end like you would a pair of tweezers. When you pull a fuse they will be different colors and different numbers on them. Take a picture of the panel before removing any fuses. Then pull them one at a time and replace each one before pulling the next. If you forget where one goes refer to your picture. Don't bother with ones marked headlight, lamp, radio and the like.

Each fuse is transparent and you can look through the side. You will see a S shaped piece of metal that should be whole with no breaks. The fuses marked 5 on top have a microscopic piece of metal so get your magnifiers out or down load a magnifier app to your phone. If you find a fuse with what looks like melting or has an obvious break in the S piece of metal, replace it. You can find fuses at any auto parts store, or the automotive section at Walmart. Make sure you get the right size and make sure you put a fuse with the same number on it that you took out. You don't want to remove a fuse marked 10 and replace it with one marked 20.

Or you could have more serious problems like a plugged heater core, low ac charge or any one of several other things. However when neither the heat or the ac is working I would look first at the fuses.

Or you can just take it to a dealer or a garage.
