2013 Nissan Rogue back seat

I have seat covers that I want to put on my 2013 Nissan Rogue's back seat. How do I take the seat out? The dealer didn't think it came out.

Do I need to poke a screwdriver in to release it from the hook?

I read and looked at the manual in the link you supplied. But I have not been able to get the seat out. The directions say pull seat cushion up. I have not been able to get the seat cushion to move. Do I need to pull the seat cushion up from the back and not the front? It then says remove the seat cushion from the
seat cushion hook. Do I need to poke it with a screwdriver in on the tab to release it or pull the tab out to remove it? I need exact directions to do this, please.

I don't know man I haven't had to take the seat out. I was just helping you with what the FSM says.
