Every year when it gets cold my Cylinder 5 misfires. The shop has put in a new fuel injector each time. The last year they put in a new ECM. I'm at my wits end please help!

I am wondering if the coil on cylinder 5 is the issue, you can try swapping the coil with a coil from one of the other cylinders and then see if the code follows the coil, for example if you swap it with coil 4, and then you get a misfire code on cylinder 4 you will know that the coil is the problem.

Or you can just purchase a new coil on Amazon or eBay for around $60 shipped.
I would go with a Hitachi brand coil, the coil your vehicle uses is a Hitachi IGC0003.

My apologies I have replaced that coil with a new OEM. Thanks for the reply

Sminey could you please clarify this:
You have already replaced coil pack #5 with an OEM one but it still causes issues. Did id get any better at all? If so, then that is in line with the test 04pathse recommended above. I'd still do it though, since it's usually fairly easy to eliminate the coil pack as the issue.

Then, could you verify if the spark plugs have been replaced at any point with the Nissan recommended ones at the right gapping?
Does this misfire come with any driveability issues, or just a check engine light but would otherwise go unnoticed?
Could you post the codes that the shop has pulled?

I replaced with an OEM coil. In the past I didn't do my plugs I think the shop used Champion. I put in NGK this last time because maybe a more expensive one would help.

I have noticed the plug in the cylinder 5 is more worn than the others. maybe an oxygen mixer issue. I recently had a K&N intake on there. After I noticed this I took it off and put the stock one back on... I don't know, but its worth a shot
