Nissan is recalling five of its 2013 models for faulty sensors that may permanently turn off the front seat passenger airbag....the problem involves sensors used to determine occupant weight in the passenger seat that may have been built out of specification. Faulty sensors could cause the airbag system to malfunction and block airbag deployment in the event of a crash....Nissan said that no accidents or injuries have been reported due to this problem.

Recall campaign is to begin in April 2013.

Please pass this along to everyone you know. This is going to involve a lot of cars so we need to get the word out.
