2013 M37 Sport throaty growl on acceleration

2013 M37 Sport. Once the car starts and I start driving it has a bit of a throaty growl on acceleration, once it warms up that growl goes away. Is it just me, or do others hear similar things? I had a 2008 G35 Sport for 2 months and sold it (had too many issues I was not willing to spend the money on). It had a similar throaty growl that never went away.

Thanks in advance for the suggestions and thoughts. If any members are in the Phoenix area I would love to connect.

Welcome to the club! The cold start behavior has different valve timing that produces a bit throatier burble. It quiets down after warmup.
