2013 M37 Odd bubbly sound

It's more noticeable when inside the car but also you can hear it when the windows rolled down and when you're at a stop or going in reverse but when you start driving no sound. I have a video of it but can't upload it here. It's not the heater core I know that sound very well any ideas? Someone mentioned to check the fuel damper hose.
