2013 m37, driver seat heater control out

I have a 2013 m37, my driver side seat controller is not operating, it does not light up or come on no heat or cool(fan don't come on ) , passenger side is fine, and i checked fuse which is for both sides apparently where do i start to check any ideas or commen problems ?????

I believe there is a connector under the seat that get shorted/melted. You'll have to use the search function to find the thread(s).

Like the previous post said, there is a control module under the seat that can be swapped. Check other threads, I provided a breakdown how to fix.

does your light not light up at all when you try to turn it on? or does it just flash a few times when you try to turn on the heated seats? do you have the heated/cooled seats or just heated?

it doesnt light up at all fuse is good under hood i checked, and passenger side works there both on same fuse kinda dumb idea there , , i,guess i,m gonna have to pull up seat and look at module
