2013 m35h dash warning lamp

I have searched all over but can't find what my lamp is on my dash. It's a picture like bonnet or boot open but with a big arrow above pointing upward. It's red in color and flashes 3 times after starting then stays on. It sits to the right of the green"ECO" . Please help thx

All warning lamps are described in your owners manual.

If it is your air bag warning then you have no air bag
