2013 lighting

First time posting! I recently bought a 2013 Altima and am noticing as it was the last year the coupe was made parts and accessories for it are kind of annoying to come by. Can the 2012 fog lights be used for my model? Also the Halo headlights i've found for the 2012 don't have the projectors, are there any projector halo headlights I can buy? Please help!

$400 seems steep for it not to have the mounts, no halos, and since its led I imagine it isn't HID compatible.
