The belts look fine, but I know that the ones on the G35's seem to wear out faster than other cars.
Thanks!!

Premium maintenance seems to show to replace every 30k miles +/-, which is ridiculous. Schedule 1 and 2 request inspection at 60k, 75k, 90k, 105k, 120k, but never request you to actually replace it.

Sounds a bit right for actual premium maintenance. If you replace something at half its recommended inspection interval, you're going to have a miniscule chance of a failure in operation. I've been good with schedule 2 on the 2011 G37x.

Thanks! Will keep checking, but plan to replace at 60K

I never replaced the one on my G35s sedan and traded it in at 125k. I have 86k on my G37 and I have the belt sitting in my garage. Probably will let it go with the car when I get rid of it.

The belts are like $30 and takes minutes to change. Why not just change it if questionable?

They are easy to change if you have the right tool or remove the overflow and fans. I actually have a replacement for my coupe but keep forgetting to pick up the idler pulley tool at an auto parts place.

Doesn't look bad, so the only questionable issue is how long do they normally last.....or, how many miles do most folks get out of them.
Based on what I'm hearing, 60K might be too soon.....but, will look at it then.
Thanks all for the info!!!
BTW, Advance Auto online really has some deals!!!! I signed up for the rewards when I bought my lower control arms.
I saw the 20 percent off and it was a better deal than my employee discount at NAPA.
Also, I called customer service and they gave me a 30 percent off code. It maxed at 50 bucks, but they suggested that I do two transactions which saved me about 100 bucks!!!!
So, then I ordered some new pads for my daughter's car and had $20 in rewards and also got another 30 percent off.......
Picked up everything within 1 hour from the local store around the corner.
