We installed a spoiler shortly after delivery and I did disconnect the center stop light via the wiring harness.

Now what I would like is a "delete" plate to take the light OUT and cover the hole. Any suggestions?

Thanks ahead.

I'm not aware of any plates on the market to cover the hole. However...

A deleted or non-functional 3rd brake lamp is reason enough to be pulled over and cited, according to the California Vehicle Code. Unless the spoiler has a brake lamp on it, you might want to pay attention to this as a heads up!

Thanks downedzephyr, but I guess I left off the fact that the wing (almost the same height as the CHMSL) also has a brake-light. I don't think that this car is in ANY violation based on motor-vehicle mandates.

I am just wanting to remove it and cover the hole.

Thanks again though.

OH since the wing has a brake light you should be in the clear then.
