2013-2016 Nissan Altima, Rogue Transmission Issue

Just saw this on cars.com but I can't find any official information. Anyone know anything about this? I have a new '16 SV and the rumbling through the foot pedal and rumbling while in idle is kind of driving me crazy. (on top of the AC heat being inconsistent)

The problem: The continuously variable automatic transmission may shake, shudder, bump or vibrate during normal vehicle operation. This is due to either a faulty valve body inside the transmission or the CVT needing to be replaced.

ya no kidding. thats been the problem since the day the Rogue was released in 2008

There is a separate TSB for the idle issue. I've gotten my idol raised and it stop that roughness when I was stopped at a light for example.
