23 appointement at the dealer

25 liters of oil engine burnt

4th defective engine at 59 000km and Subaru refuse to do anymore warranty on his car. Full story in the link, scroll down for the english version.

Interesting. Hopefully the internet grabs a hold and hammers Subaru Canada to get it together and buy this dudes car.
4 engines (probably junk yard engines) and a still existing transmission problem is freggin sad.

I didn't read the whole thing, as I'm on my way out the door.
Not sure how they do things in Canada, but I would DEFINITELY be naming names with that dealership. A guy (in Canada actually) did it a few years back after the dealership washed his car with a driveway broom upon arrival from the factory, thus f*** the paint.
I believe they ended up buying him a new car.

I was going to say - at this point, I'd be looking at lemon laws, but you're in Canada so I'm not sure if there are any up there.

That is a load of garbage.
