2012 Sentra 2.0L CVT, 72000 miles. I have a intermittent issue where under light acceleration from a stop the car surges instead of a nice smooth increase in speed. If i give it slightly more gas it doesnt do it as much. It doesnt do it all the time. Ive also noticed that it will sometimes happen on the highway when lightly accelerating to increase speed, but it does not do it with cruise control on. First time I noticed it was last October then it went away, then I just started noticing it again the last couple of weeks. I changed the CVT fluid around 55,000 and replaced a worn out trans pull down mount and engine torque mount. I also found a torn intake boot which I thought was the cause but it still does it sometimes. Thanks for any help!
