2012 Sentra Special Edition CVT leak maybe?

So, i've noticed that after a few thousand miles, my cvt fluid is low, but i can't see any evidence of leak anywhere around the transmission. not sure when the last fluid flush/change happened, bought the car at 82k miles and it's up to about 89k now.

is it normal for the fluid level to drop over time, or is it likely that i have a well hidden leak somewhere? asking because i haven't ever experienced anything like this.
