That was my first thought too. In those vehicles, there's a small circular "disc" on the dash, that each company driver has a matching circular disc key (looks like a small magnet) that he/she places against the one on the dash upon starting to keep the annoying alarm from going off. It's supposed to rearm itself each time you turn it off. worth a quick look.
