2012 rogue keeps killing battery

so I have a 2012 rogue I purchased brand new, since then 3 batteries. I commute to work so I drive car mostly on weekends and short distance to do some stuff after work, the car always has the same issue it senses my key unlocks door nav and radio go on as well as everything on the dash when ignition is turned as if everything is fine but when you go to turn key it cranks very very weak and can not start while the entire time everything else appears normal radio nav etc. my dealer has replaced the battery for me every time but they are now telling me the issue is that I am not driving the car enough judging by the miles, to me that is nonsense just yesterday it started just fine went to the store and was dead again when I came out. before buying this car I had a 1996 Toyota camary that I sold with 38,000 original miles and never died on me once and I live in NYC we have our share of cold winters and was driven just as much or as less as my rogue which ever way you look at it, so has anyone ever had this problem or has had it please let me know because I have a 2012 new car and don't know where and when I will get stuck and that really bugs me and getting the brush off from my dealer
