2012 Rogue Fog Light Bulb Replacement Question

One of the fog light bulbs just went out.
What kind of bulb is it and how difficult is it to replace on your own?
I remember when I had to replace the fog light bulbs on my Charger, I had to turn the wheel and pry open the cover behind the wheel. Is it the same on the Rogue?

Any idea how much the dealer would charge to replace a fog light bulb and would you recommend replacing both?

Are fog light lamps covered by warranty. I remember getting something extra that covered the HID's and other things. Not sure about fogs.

I believe the manual says the bulb size. is H11. Might as well replace both. Costs about $29 for pair at Walmart.

Turns out that bulbs are covered by the standard warranty.
I did not know that. Though they would be treated as wearable parts. Anyways, got it replaced for free at the dealer.
