I'm kinda confused. You say 2012 in the title, but 2014 in the body. Though thats probably not a big deal.
To respond to your question:
1. Coolant type - Your CVT doesn't care what kind of coolant you use. I suggest you use the Nissan Blue coolant you get from the dealer. It is premixed, and is long life, with no silicates or borates. High quality stuff. When you drain the coolant out of the engine, don't use water to flush it out. The water will stay in the engine and dilute the new premix coolant you put in, which will affect its performance.
2. CVT Transmission Fluid - the general consensus here is that you should stick with Nissan NS2 CVT transmission fluid. It is expensive. But it works. There are some aftermarket options out there, but none of them are cheap enough to justify moving away from the nissan fluid, IMHO. There are videos out there on how to do this yourself. But keep in mind that the CVT is very sensitive to the fluid level, too much or too little is not good! If you aren't super confident, I would take it in.
