2012 Pathfinder issues fixed?

Hello, I have read about common problems with the R51 generation pathfinders and It seems like some were experiencing these problems in the 50,000 mile range on 2007 years and on. I am looking at buying a 2012 pathfinder and need to know if these issues were ever addresses by Nissan or should I expect the same issues with a 2012?

Any info on this will be greatly appreciated

What specific problem(s) are you thinking about?
I presume you're talking about the radiator issue?
R51's were introduced in 2005.
