2012 Pathfinder - CD player/clock probs after battery change

I have a 2012 Pathfinder that I made the mistake of bragging on to a friend. The next morning I went outside to a dead battery. I replaced the battery and now the clock forwards about 6 hours every time you start it and the cd player is spinning and says please eject disk. It will not eject a disk no matter what buttons you hold or how long you hold them.

I have disconnected the battery again and taken out the fuse under the hood and the one in the glove box. Nissan says to take it a radio repair shop.

How did replacing the battery cause all of this and is there a fix?
