Hello and welcome to NICO!
I could be mistaken, but I think everything get's power from the battery, so all those things have fuses, but not the battery. Maybe it does, since it get's power from the alternator. Your car's fuses are under the dash by the drivers feet and under the hood, by the battery. There is also a thing called a 'fusable link' inside the fuse box under the hood. There is also the wire splitter thing that is on the main power wire off of the battery and it splits power off to two smaller wires. You want to test all fuses for continuity with a volt meter. We have links to the factory service manual under "service manuals" at the top of this web page. Those might help or they might be too much information. It's good to look.
Did you accidentally ground out the wrench while your were tightening the wires onto the battery? How did you blow a fuse while installing a battery?
It might be time to get someone to come over and give you a hand. Ask them to bring a volt meter.
