Wow.. Weird one. Could it be something rattling around in the bellhousing? Does it run and go down the road OK?

no it runs fine, I have no idea what it is, it may be the exhaust rattling under there. My wife is going to take it to get it looked at while shes getting her alignment done

It was the a/c compressor clutch

Good deal! Did they have to replace the whole compressor or just the clutch? Glad it was resolved for you.

I know you mentioned the transmission above. If you haven't yet, you might want to do some CVT fluid drain/refills on it. Lots of threads here on the procedure.

had to replace the whole compressor :frown: , compressor costs me $318 and the labor was 280.70 :frown: . I did contact Nissan of North America to see if they would pay me back for the repair since we were just outside of the warranty and no where around the dealership when the compressor locked up shortly after I took the video. We have already had the transmission service done, it was a drain and refill not a flush since that's what Nissan recommend we do.

Ugh.. Well at least it's resolved. A/C work is never cheap unfortunately and these systems are worked hard on something large like a minivan. It can't hurt to try contacting nissan to see if they'll cover some of it atleast.
