Hi all,
So I'm changing out my head lights because one of the bulbs has already burnt out (dealership won't cover it since it's 14 months). Anyways, in my haste, I presumably didn't take out the bulb properly, and thereby probably broke off the metal pieces that hold the retaining clips for the bulb in place. Now with the new bulb in there, the retaining clips won't hold the light bulb in since there's nothing for it to grab on to.
So the question being, can you just buy that specific piece that holds the bulb in place? I see 2 screws on the top and bottom of that part and it probably doesn't have any electrical components. If I can buy that part, does anyone know where I might find it, or what it might even be called?
I tried looking here: http://www.courtesyparts.com/murano-par ... _8131.html
But really can't determine which part is actually needed or do I need to buy a new housing assembly just to get that part? That seems absurd to me, but you just never know these days.
