Hi all,

First time poster here. My wife's 2012 Murano driver's side sun visor fell down, and won't stay up.

I want to open it up to see if I can fix it myself, before I spend almost $150 for a new one.

My problem is, how do I get the cap off to get to the screws to remove the visor. I tried gently prying the plastic cap off with a screwdriver, but it wouldn't budge. I'm obviously doing it wrong, and I don't want to damage anything.
