I started my 2012 M37 after a week of being parked and there was a noticeable vibration(shaking) that lasted about 30-45 secs.. It subsided after the car warmed up and drove well. The odometer is at 59,800 and it's time for an oil change. Will the 60,000 mile service smooth it out of maybe just an oil change? Fuel injection clean, maybe?

Welcome to the forum.

Did it feel like it was misfiring? Any sounds?

A more pronounced start up feedback is normal, due to the open loop at start up. O2 sensors have to heat up before going into closed loop (where it smooths out), plus a few other things like the thermostat properly opening once the engine warms up. It shouldn't be excessive but it is noticeable.

I would put in some Fuel injection cleaner, fill the tank, get oil change. At 60K it may be just some build up on the fuel injector that hardened and that can make a hesitation on start up. Also I Agree with armybrat
