2012 G37 AT in a 2013 G37?

Hello folks. Hoping you might assist me. I have a 2013 ("from 2/13") RWD Sedan with automatic transmission issues. It has ~110k miles. I have an opportunity to snag a very, very low mileage 2012 transmission ("cars manufactured 9/2011-6/2011 & 6/2011-8-2011") to swap.

But before I pull the trigger, I'd like to identify / understand issues installing an "older" 2012 unit in a 2013 car.
