2012 Bose Touchscreen Radio issues

Hey all,

The Radio in my wifes 2012 SV has been having issues and looking to see if anyone else has encountered this problem with a possible fix. The radio freezes on vehicle startup and after 5 minutes or so the volume will start working again, but the touchscreen features work 25% of the time. The radio will have a mind of it's own at times and scroll thru menus while driving. I can't find a reset button on the radio and looking for a solution before I bring it to the dealer.

There's no reset button. You could try disconnecting the battery, but I suspect that won't help. Sounds like the head unit is on it's way out. Probably time to start looking for a replacement.
