2012 and 2013 suspensions different?

I'm surprising my wife with ksport coil overs and a set of advanti denaro 19s for her 2013 Altima 2.5 SV. I can't find much info on the suspensions. I've ordered a set of Tein s tech springs part number skk16-aub00. I decided I wanted to keep the stock suspension in tact though so I ordered a set of ksport coil overs part number cns320-kp. I have both on the way and whichever I don't use I'll send back but my question is, are the 2012 and 2013 suspensions the same? No company has 2013 listed but I've seen a few folks on the net that's lowered their 13 with Tein s techs. Can anyone confirm it will work or it won't? Any help would be greatly appreciated.
