2012 Altima Sedan correct rim size?

Hey guys, please forgive my newb ignorance but I'm just helping a buddy try to figure out an issue with his stock OEM steel rim.

He bought a replacement rim because he bent the original. But when we put it on for him we realized it wasn't the same as the others and his hubcap would not fit/seat correctly.

Somebody sold him the wrong rim and the hub cap won't fit. I believe the correct rim size is 5x114.3. What else should I be looking for to make sure his hub cap will fit?

Its a 2012, 16" steel wheel.

Sorry for the delay in replying to your post. I'm gonna go out on a limb and guess that the vehicle in question is a base model. If so, I believe the correct size is 16x7.5 and the offset is 38mm.
