The A/C is blowing out nothing but hot air. I have ran the self check diagnosis and the clutch seems to try to engage on the compressor but nothing will spin, just the magnet pulling. Im not sure where the ECM is located or if there is an A/C relay switch to check but I know the compressor itself is getting power it just will not spin. What could be the problem other than a/c compressor being bad?

Thanks
TB

Yeah if the clutch is working, it sounds like a bad compressor or not enough refrigerant, provided the clutch is getting enough power to actually clamp sufficiently.
You can try to find the wiring and such in the factory service manual:

Thank you. I have checked the refrigerant and it is fine, no leaks. Ill look at wiring and power next.

Does the clutch try to engage when the car is running and you turn the AC on? If the clutch engages during self test, but not when you turn the AC on, it might be bad refrigerant pressure sensor, or not enough refrigerant pressure.

If the clutch IS engaging the compressor WILL spin unless locked up and then it tears the belt up. Just the magnet 'pulling' if the center faceplate is not turning is a bad magnet in coil or the airgap distance of the front faceplate has grown from wear to be too far and then you get the same effect as a weak magnet, incomplete clutch lockup. Often you can simply shim that airgap back up tighter to then make it start working again. A dying main clutch bearing can keep the clutch from fully locking up too from wobble knocking it back loose. You often see that if you look close, the pulley is not running 100% dead true, the grooves look blurred.
