does anyone know how to get more hp and mpg out of a 2011 versa ?

AEM cold air intake+OBX header/exhaust combo. Probably will get you around 10-15 hp and MAYBE a little bit of mpg, as long as you dont slam the throttle down all the time. Also, you could get the NTD throttle controller and utilize the eco mode, which doesn't actually change anything mechanically speaking, it just makes it so when you floor it, you're not really flooring it. Check out shop.versaspeed.com for the parts. I don't think they have the header/exhaust combo, but I've seen it on amazon.

No. But you can shed weight and get actual performance increases that also get you more mpg.

Ditch the rear seats. Don't carry passengers. Keep the washer tank empty, the oil levels at bare minimum levels, rip out the headliners and remove all the sound insulation, get a AAA membership and ditch the spare and jack. :p

When I installed my new sound system we did all this and noticed about a quarter second drop in 0-60 and a top speed of 118. Unfortunately, most of us need these things.
