Any advice on replacing the quarter panel, and the headlight assembly?

-- I see the replacement parts available on ebay...better place to go?
-- Do I have to take the front face panel off? Do I have to take the driver side door off to put the new part in?
-- What else?

Thanks! VersaLou

Hi, welcome to NICO Club!

We have the FSM that you can view or download here:
http://www.nicoclub.com/archives/nissan ... nuals.html

That will have instruction on body panel removal. It shows you where the clips, nuts and bolts go.

I'd look at a junkyard for parts first, then ebay used stuff. Bodywork is tedious. You want stuff to line up nice and have a good color. Have fun and take your time.

I alwas prefer good used parts from a salvage yard over Ebay, unless it's a reputable seller of OEM parts. You aren't going to find better fit than OEM.

You will need to remove the front fascia in order to get the headlight assemblies off. I have a video of it on my YouTube page where I added a set of JDM assemblies a few years ago. No need to remove the door to get the fender off.
