ok so i have the halogen headlights and need to buy a new capsule cause one is full of water all the time. So I was thinking of upgrading to the hid headlights. Does anyone know if it is a simple plug and play type thing if I get the hid capsule with bulb and igniter?

Isn't there a ballast that has to be in there somewhere?
