4/1/11 Well, at about 1pm today, I was lying by the pool in Daytona Beach, Fl. Weather is terrific today so I was working on my tan. 8-) Anyway, cellphone rings and it is a tech gal from XM. She asks do you have time to work on getting your Nav Traffic and Nav Weather working. She wants me to go to the Murano and turn on the XM radio/Nav. I head out to the car and within 10 minutes she had the Nav Traffic and Nav Weather turned on once again. Stated I will have 3 months free until 7/1/11. States there should be no further issues as she had me on a full fledged plan/program now and not the freebe new vehicle 3 mon. trial. She said use and in 3 months decide whether to continue with all or any of the XM offering. I went to my online XM account just now and found the following noted there...
"XM NavTraffic and XM NavWeather with XM Everything Plus the Best of SIRIUS 3 Month" 4/1/11 - 7/1/11.
I mentioned to the tech gal that there were others on this forum in the same predicament that I was in regarding to XM Traffic and XM Weather. I asked her who they could call. She said call her department at 1-866-557-8553 . Call would go to next avail. tech. She said her dept. was the ones that knew all the ins and outs...
