Replace your PCV valves at the same time.
I second ArmedAviator's comment, procedure is not hard at all (including the PCV valves), just take your time.
Look at the FSM (in Ilya's signature line)
You're probably gonna need to do the following after changing your throttle bodies:
ECU accelerator pedal relearning, throttle valve position learning, and throttle position learning procedure (eg. the dance steps) see:

If you don't, you may notice your idle RPMs are too high (supposed to be +/- 650)
